Hairdressing
This Modern Apprenticeship helps you train employees as new starts to hairdressers, but also provides a way for already in the role to upgrade their skills. We offer apprenticeships in this field at SCQF Level 5 and 6.

What apprentices do
Training arrangements vary depending on the employer and apprenticeship programme and may include day release to college (for example, one day per week or block-release attendance). The level of training, mentoring and workplace support will differ between employers, but all apprentices benefit from hands-on experience, guidance from experienced professionals, and opportunities to develop their technical and professional skills.
