Regulatory Services
This Modern Apprenticeship supports the development of apprentices who want to work in Regulatory Services. Areas for careers in this sector include Environmental Health Services and Trading Standards.
These services safeguard people, businesses and communities from physical, financial and environmental harm. This makes them vital to the ongoing success of the Scottish economy.
Your employee will study for a Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 7.

What apprentices do
Training arrangements vary depending on the employer and apprenticeship programme and may include day release to college (for example, one day per week or block-release attendance). The level of training, mentoring and workplace support will differ between employers, but all apprentices benefit from hands-on experience, guidance from experienced professionals, and opportunities to develop their technical and professional skills.
