Apprentices and trainees thrived across engineering, construction, care, digital, and many other industries. Together, we’re building skills that strengthen the region and prepare for the future.
We strengthened our role in Ayrshire through new partnerships, new skills pathways, and new opportunities for people of all ages to learn, retrain, and upskill. Our curriculum evolved to meet local and national workforce needs, ensuring learners gain the knowledge and experience that employers value most.
Behind every success story is a network of support. From guidance and wellbeing services to learning resources and dedicated staff, we worked hard to ensure every student had what they needed to thrive. Our commitment to care and inclusion remains at the heart of everything we do.
Our work reached audiences far beyond Ayrshire, with national recognition and media coverage highlighting the college’s impact. We contributed to policy conversations, economic development, and Ayrshire Growth Deal priorities, reinforcing our role as an anchor institution in the region.
